How much does a luxury chauffeur service cost in Los Angeles?
Black Million uses transparent flat-rate pricing — your exact price is calculated by route at the time of booking and locked at checkout, with tolls included. There is no surge pricing, no base fare, and no per-bag fee. Are your prices flat-rate or metered?
All point-to-point routes are priced as a flat rate locked at the time of booking. There is no surge pricing, no app meter, and no per-bag fee.
Are tips, tolls, and wait time included in the price?
Tolls and standard wait time are included in every Black Million reservation. Gratuity is not automatically added — tips are appreciated but always at your discretion. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with no surprise charges at the curb.
Booking
How far in advance should I book my chauffeur?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee vehicle availability and your preferred pickup time. Same-day and short-notice reservations are accepted based on availability, especially for airport transfers.
Can I book a chauffeur by the hour?
Hourly as-directed bookings are not currently offered — every Black Million reservation today is a private point-to-point chauffeured transfer priced as a flat rate. Hourly service is on the roadmap; reach out through the Contact section on the homepage if you have a multi-stop request and we’ll advise on the best way to handle it.
What is your cancellation policy?

Which airports does Black Million serve?
We provide flat-rate chauffeured airport transfers to and from all four major Greater LA airports: Los Angeles International (LAX), John Wayne (SNA) in Orange County, Hollywood Burbank (BUR), and Long Beach Airport (LGB). If your flight time changes, contact our concierge and we’ll coordinate the updated pickup with your assigned chauffeur.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
If your flight is delayed or arrives early, reach out to our concierge through the Contact section or by replying to your booking confirmation email. A representative will coordinate the updated pickup time with your assigned chauffeur. Standard wait time is included in your flat-rate price.
What kind of vehicle will I be picked up in?
Black Million operates a late-model 2026 GMC Yukon XL. The vehicle seats up to 6 passengers, has full luggage capacity for airport runs and resort stays, chilled bottled water, a quiet cabin, and is presented in unmarked, executive-grade condition.

What is the difference between Black Million and Uber Black or rideshare?
Black Million is a private chauffeur service, not a rideshare. You get a vetted, TCP-licensed professional chauffeur, a late-model luxury SUV reserved exclusively for your booking, flat-rate pricing locked at checkout, real concierge support, and the same driver for the entire reservation.
