Accounts And Access

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that occurs through your account.
• You must not attempt to bypass security controls, impersonate another person, interfere with the site, or access data that is not yours.
• Black Millions may suspend or restrict access where necessary for safety, abuse prevention, fraud review, legal compliance, or service protection.

Bookings And Payments

• Booking information must be accurate and complete enough for Black Millions to review and fulfill the requested service.
• Amounts shown at checkout are the amounts authorized for payment through Stripe at the time of purchase.
• Completed payment authorizes the transaction captured in the app and the related reservation workflow, subject to operational feasibility, safety restrictions, fraud screening, and obvious system or pricing error correction.
• Booking references, receipts, and account history are provided for convenience and operational follow-up.

Cancellations, Changes, And Availability

Requested timing, routing, and availability may depend on operational conditions, service area, staffing, vehicle availability, and safety constraints. If Black Millions offers cancellation, rescheduling, credit, or refund accommodations, those terms may be communicated in the booking flow, in direct written confirmation, or by support follow-up for the relevant reservation.

Acceptable Use

• You must not use the site for spam, fraud, scraping, automated abuse, unlawful activity, or attempts to disrupt availability.
• You must not submit false booking details, false payment details, or another person’s information without authorization.
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or exploit the website or its supporting services.

Disclaimers And Limits

The site and its booking experience are provided on an as-available basis. Black Millions aims to maintain a polished, reliable service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every booking request can be fulfilled in every circumstance.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. Additional operational, commercial, or legal terms may apply where required for a specific reservation.
