Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Black Million governing your access to and use of the Black Million website located at blkmillions.com, including all related services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, placing a booking, submitting a contact form, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the Service, you represent and warrant that you accept and agree to comply with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Service. Black Million reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revisions were made. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

2. Description of Service

Black Million is a luxury private ground transportation and chauffeur service operating under Transportation Charter-Party (TCP) authority issued by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC). We provide professional chauffeur-driven vehicle service for airport transfers, corporate transportation, special events, and private rides throughout Southern California, including the greater Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire, and San Diego metropolitan areas.

Our fleet currently consists of late-model, full-size luxury SUVs, including the 2026 GMC Yukon XL. All vehicles are professionally maintained, fully insured, and operated by licensed, vetted chauffeurs in compliance with all applicable California transportation regulations.

The Service includes the Black Million website, online booking system, user account management, ride quotation engine, payment processing, booking confirmation and management, and all related communications and notifications.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case "you" refers to both you individually and the entity you represent.

4. User Accounts

To place a booking through the Service, you must create a user account by providing a valid email address and creating a password, or by authenticating through Google Sign-In. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information up to date.
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
  • Notify Black Million immediately if you discover or suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security by contacting [email protected].
  • Not create more than one account per person, and not create an account using a false identity or information, or on behalf of someone other than yourself.

Black Million reserves the right to suspend, disable, or delete your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, extended inactivity, or any conduct that Black Million, in its sole discretion, deems harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties. You may request deletion of your account at any time through your Account Settings or by contacting us.

5. Booking and Reservation Policy

All bookings made through the Service are requests for private ground transportation services subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability, operational capacity, weather conditions, road conditions, and other factors that may affect our ability to fulfill the ride as requested.

To place a booking, you must provide: a valid pickup address, a valid destination address, your preferred arrival date and time, your full name, a valid phone number, and a valid email address. Route distance and pricing are calculated in real time using the Google Maps Platform based on the specific addresses you provide.

A booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed through our payment provider, Stripe. Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation with a unique reference number. Black Million will make commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill all confirmed bookings. However, we reserve the right to cancel or modify any booking due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: vehicle mechanical issues, driver unavailability, severe weather, natural disasters, civil emergencies, road closures, or other force majeure events. In the event Black Million cancels a confirmed booking, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Payment Terms

All pricing is quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and is calculated based on the driving distance of the route between your pickup and destination addresses, as determined by the Google Maps routing engine at the time of booking. The price displayed at checkout is the total amount that will be charged. There are no hidden fees, surge pricing, tolls, fuel surcharges, or additional charges beyond the quoted price.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc., a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. By submitting your payment information, you authorize Stripe to charge the specified amount to your selected payment method. Black Million does not directly collect, process, store, or have access to your full credit card number, debit card number, or bank account information. We retain only the card brand (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) and the last four digits of your card number for reference on your booking receipt.

Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Your card will be charged immediately upon completion of the checkout process. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any price changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed and paid for.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel or modify a confirmed booking, you must contact Black Million as early as possible before your scheduled ride by sending an email to [email protected] with your booking reference number and the reason for your request.

  • Cancellation requests: All cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. There is no automatic or self-service cancellation mechanism available through the website. The outcome of your cancellation request depends on the timing of the request relative to the scheduled ride and the specific circumstances involved.
  • Refund processing: When a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow five (5) to ten (10) business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
  • Refund discretion: Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Black Million. We are under no obligation to issue refunds but will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests made in good faith and with adequate advance notice.
  • Black Million-initiated cancellations: If Black Million cancels a booking due to operational reasons (vehicle issues, driver unavailability, force majeure), a full refund will be issued automatically.

8. No-Show Policy

A "no-show" occurs when the passenger fails to appear at the designated pickup location at the scheduled pickup time without providing prior notice to Black Million. No-shows are generally not eligible for refunds. If you are running late or need to adjust your pickup time, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate schedule changes when operationally feasible.

9. Service Area and Availability

Black Million operates primarily within Southern California. Our regular service area encompasses Los Angeles County, Orange County, the Inland Empire (Riverside and San Bernardino Counties), San Diego County, and Ventura County. Service for routes originating from or traveling to locations outside this area may be available upon request and is subject to availability and additional pricing considerations.

Ride availability is subject to vehicle scheduling, chauffeur availability, traffic conditions, weather, road conditions, construction, special events, and other operational factors. We make every commercially reasonable effort to fulfill confirmed bookings on time and as requested, but we cannot guarantee availability or punctuality in all circumstances.

10. Passenger Conduct

By booking a ride with Black Million, you agree to abide by the following rules of conduct while in the vehicle:

  • No smoking, vaping, or use of any tobacco, cannabis, or e-cigarette products inside the vehicle at any time.
  • No consumption or possession of open containers of illegal substances.
  • Treat the vehicle interior, upholstery, and all equipment with reasonable care. You may be held financially responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or stains caused during your ride that require professional remediation.
  • Follow all reasonable instructions and requests from your assigned chauffeur regarding safety, routing, stops, and vehicle care.
  • Passenger count must not exceed the vehicle's seatbelt capacity. All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times while the vehicle is in motion, in compliance with California law.
  • Luggage and personal items must fit within the vehicle's cargo area. Oversized, hazardous, or prohibited items may not be transported.

Black Million reserves the right to terminate a ride in progress at any point if passenger conduct poses a safety risk to the chauffeur, passengers, or the vehicle, or if the passenger violates any of the above rules. No refund will be issued in such cases, and the passenger will be responsible for any damage caused.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Black Million, its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise), even if Black Million has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of Black Million to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service exceed the total amount actually paid by you to Black Million for the specific booking that gave rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

The Service, including all content, features, and functions, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of dealing.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Black Million, its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary right; (d) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party; or (e) any misrepresentation made by you. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.

13. Acceptable Use

  • You shall not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms.
  • You shall not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent booking information, payment information, or personal details.
  • You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other users' accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Service.
  • You shall not use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service for any purpose without express written permission from Black Million.
  • You shall not interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or availability of the Service or the data contained therein.
  • You shall not impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • You shall not engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the Service.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service ("Dispute"), you agree to first attempt to resolve the Dispute informally by contacting Black Million at [email protected]. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith for a period of at least thirty (30) days before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

If the Dispute cannot be resolved informally within the thirty-day period, either party may pursue resolution through the courts as described in the Governing Law section below. You agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any Dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of California for the purpose of resolving any Dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

16. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

17. Modifications to Terms

Black Million reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also provide additional notice of material changes through email notification or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications to the Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of such modifications. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request deletion of your account.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
